Combined shipping.
I won 4 lots that closed at the same time from the same seller that in their text says they combined shipping.
The problem is, despite requesting they invoice several times as such, they have not done so.
I believe they are doing this because the items sold for a lower amount than they wanted and want to use the shipping to make up for it, though they will obviously ship in a single shipment.
How do I get ebay to make them do what they agreed to?
