Combined Shipping
I asked this question a couple of days ago, but if I got an answer I can't see it or find it.
I had a listing for a single platter, I had 5 available, a customer purchased 4 of them, upon her checkout she was only charged for a single plate shipping. My question is why did it not add additional shipping.
I had contacted the customer prior to payment and informed her I would credit back any overage in shipping fees. I was shocked to see once she paid that the extra shipping was not considered by the eBay system.
Any help is appreciated.

OP3 years agoMy eBay International Shipping shows I opted out and will not let me change it, help!

You have to set up Combined shipping on this page in your Account settings: Shipping Preferences (ebay.com)
Mine is set up to ADD all the shipping and then I refund the overage (like you intended to do). Your Combined shipping must not be set up to do that.

Mentor3 years ago@har830902 Yes, hover your cursor over your ID int he upper left hand of the page and then click on Account settings. The list of all your account sections will open and scroll down to Shipping preferences ... I gave you the direct link to that area for your convenience but there is benefit from navigating around and locating it manually.
You can Opt back in to EIS (eBay International Shipping) ...
