If you do not require immediate payment you can have the buyer put all of them in their cart. There is an option to request a total form seller. They send the cart to you, you adjust the shipping amount, and send it back to them for payment.
The other option is to end all the listings she wants and create a new listing for all the items with the new shipping amount. You then send the listing number, or a link to it (copy the URL from the address bar) for them to purchase. There is no way to make it exclusive so they need to purchase quickly so another buyer does not get it first.
