    i bought two items from the same seller,,,,but was already charged for shipping from ebay. do they adjust the shipping if seller says they do combinded shipping

    @Anonymous  Sellers are not required to combine shipping or offer discounts on combined shipping.  You need to reach out to your seller and see if they will give you a partial refund on the shipping.
