Sadly, eBay does NOT have the word "Combine" on the Awaiting shipment - print shipping label page. I have brought this to their attention several times over the years but here we are still trying to assist Sellers with combining shipping on their end.
Below is a step by step procedure that I use in seller Hub on a PC. Providing the Buyer purchased through their eBay account and NOT as a Guest this will work. Guest purchases cannot be combined.
You can actually Combine multiple Buy it now items prior to printing a label:
-Sold items will be in your Awaiting shipment-print shipping label file Orders — eBay Seller Hub
-Use the check box on the left for the items to be Combined
-At the top of the list is a Shipping drop-down menu on the left, select Print shipping labels
-The items will be moved to the Bulk label flow
-Use the check boxes again on the left and then click the Combine button at the top of the page
-The items will be Combined, over on the right you can adjust the weight, box dimensions, Shipping method (if necessary) and then review and print the label in the upper right.
-If you want a receipt it is a secondary function on the Bulk label flow.
-You can Refund the Buyer the shipping overage once you ship the package.

Edit to add... be sure to be carefull packing your hens. If you don't feel comfortable throwing the box at least 4 feet and having another box land on top of it then you need more packing material. There's a dimensional surcharge when the box is over 1 cubic foot. I personally wouldn't ship more than 2 of these in a box due to the weight increasing the risk of damage. Use lots of large bubble wrap so that the pieces cant touch and lots of real Styrofoam packing peanuts, not the corn starch ones as they will mash down with these heavy glass items.
Here's how to combine shipping as long as it's not a eBay International Shipping Program order. You can't combine shipping on EIS orders without a bit more work.
You can not combine ANY authenticity guaranteed items. They must all ship separately.
#1 If the buyer has not paid yet here's how to send a combined shipping invoice:
Go to your sold listings on a PC and select send invoice from next to one item. The next page will then have all of the items from your buyer. Weigh and measure the new package and then adjust the shipping price. You can look up the shipping price here: https://www.ebay.com/shp/Calculator
Send invoice: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/sending-invoices-buyers?id=4139&st=
#2 If the buyer has already paid then you can send a partial refund for the shipping overcharge:
Go to the sold item and select Send Refund from the drop down menu next to the item.
Next screen select the reason for the refund> enter the amount> submit
#3 Also, when you print the shipping label it's VERY important to select all items and then select print label from the top of the list if the buyer did not pay from an invoice. Then on the next screen it will ask if you want to combine orders, say yes then adjust the package size and weight as needed. This way the tracking is applied to all items.
# 4 I suggest you allow combined shipping in your account settings so that in the future buyers can request an invoice from their cart:
