Combined shipping

HI. I am new to selling. Someone purchased 3 purses from me and they each created a shipping label However, she then asked to get combines shipping. How do I correct this now?

@jacqucu-66 Has the buyer paid? You are not required to combine shipping, but if you can it's a good idea to do so. 1) Pack them together to see if they will fit inside a box safely. Ideally your box is less than 12x12x12, but if it's over a bit, that's ok. 2) Check to see if the combined box will save you any money. -- Here is eBay's shipping calculator - it will show the actual shipping cost for all 3 services from your zip to your buyer's zip. Be sure to enter the ACTUAL weight and dimensions for the box with 3 purses. https://www.ebay.com/shp/Calculator Just pick "Package", enter the weight, dimensions, and your zip code. Then click "Calculate Shipping". If you want to move ahead with combined shipping: 3) Cancel any shipping labels that are issued Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay: - Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay - Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL. - Choose your reason for canceling the label. - Select Cancel shipping label. You have 28 days to cancel a label.
