Combined Shipping

Question

I need help on setting up my combined shipping. I have tried to set this up multiple times, but cannot get it to work for my customers.Please assist, need immediate help. Gary Tanner

Need more info for specific help, but here is generally the procedure:

Go to: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf

First scroll down and edit and enable: Allow invoice requests and set the number of days to pay.

Combined Shipping Rules (click edit)

Flat Shipping Rule (click edit)

Select type of rule.

Click Add a Profile, enter the amount (or select Free) and name the Profile. You can create more than one if needed.

Now either revise individual listings to enable the rule, or use the bulk editor and select the items to apply the combined shipping rule to as follows:

Under the Edit Fields tab, select Shipping Discounts (domestic).

In the drop down menu for Flat Rate Shipping Discounts, select the name of the Profile to apply.

Click Save and Close.

Calculated Shipping Rule (click edit)

Select a discount, click Next, select a Handling Cost Rule, then Save.

Now either revise individual listings to enable the rule, or use the bulk editor and select the items to apply the combined shipping rule to as follows:

Under the Edit Fields tab, select Shipping Discounts (domestic).

In the drop down menu for Calculated Shipping Discounts select Add to All.

Click Save and Close.

Promotional Rule (click edit)

Optionally select any promotional rules you may want to use.

Click Save and Close

You also should turn off Auto Payment here:

Scroll down to Buyer Rules and uncheck the requirements for buyers to provide a payment method before bidding or making offers.
