E-Bay didn’t combine the shipping on my order. How do I get them to do that?

Combining shipping is up to the seller; not all sellers combine shipping; not all shipments can be combined. Contact the seller prior to payment for details if the combined shipping is not set up automatically in the cart.
And just because a seller does combine shipping does not necessarily mean that seller offers a discount for that shipping.
