Combined shipping
I recently purchased 3 different items from the same seller on same day (only minutes apart).U was in contact with the seller and asked if they would be combining shipping. The seller responded with "they were new to eBay and didn't know how. I said that they could go to the help section and from there find the answer. Absolute silence until the next day when the items were marked shipped.All separately! I contacted the seller and was told that they sold the items on the cheap and that the shipping would differ the prices for them and that I should find something better to do and get a life! I ended up paying probably double the shipping cost. Is there any way to resolve this?

·11 months agoIf it's not in writing or mentioned in the listing, probably not. If they shipped the items separately, then the seller fulfilled their agreement.
Next time, add the items to your cart first and request an adjusted shipping total from the seller before your purchase.
