Combined shipping
I purchased two items on an auction, which stated that combine shipping was offered
so I requested combine shipping through eBay so I can get an updated invoice
without getting any combined shipping, the purchase was automatically charged to my account as the seven days that I had to purchase it ran out
how do I get the refund for the combine shipping when the seller does not answer any of my messages
