What is the proper way to combine shipping when the same buyer purchases more than one item as a "Best Offer" purchase?

·1 year agoYou cannot send an invoice for items purchased with an offer, so if you haven't set up combined shipping rules in your settings or they aren't properly adjusting the price, you can just offer to send the buyer a partial refund for the difference in shipping. Or you can cancel the orders and relist a single listing with whatever items the buyer is purchasing, and set the shipping on that listing to what it should be. Just make sure they're aware of and ok with whichever approach you take so that it's not a surprise to them.
