Combined shipping
Does anyone know how to do combined shipping after buyer has already paid shipping for all 3 items. Who issues refund, me or eBay? Thx

Mentor1 year agoGo to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Click the box in front of each of the 3 items. Click the box at the top left (SHIPPING or Print shipping label). ebay will ask if you wish to combine shipping. Say yes. Now change the weight and dimensions of the package as needed. Click to Pay and Print the label.
Figure out how much you want to refund for combined shipping. You can then select Send Refund, select an amount, select partial refund for shipping, submit.
