Combined shipping
If a buyer buys more than one item do you automatically do combine shipping? I did not, buyer did not request that I do so and paid for both items separately, I shipped and now 2days later they message me and are questioning me as to why I did not combine or automatically refund them.

I do automatically combine shipping.
My listings are set up to provide an automatic discount if the buyer uses the shopping cart, but if they bought individually and the combined shipping was at least $2 savings I would refund the buyer.
Doing this is good customer service.
However you are not obligated to combine the shipping or refund an overage.
