Combined shipping

Question

Hi eBay Community,

I have a buyer who purchased 1 package from me yesterday. I got the package ready to ship and printed the shipping label. This evening he wrote to me after he purchased a 2nd item from me requesting combined .

I have the first label already printed and I would like to add the extra combined cost to it. The help menu does not help at all.

I appreciate any help / advice you have.

@remert1987 You have to void the first shipping label here:

USPS will refund you in about 2-3 weeks on your all transactions page: https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/transactions

Next go to the all orders page here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS

Put a checkmark next to the items and then select the shipping drop down menu and select print shipping label from the TOP of the list.

The next page will have both items and ask if you wish to combine> yes> then adjust package weight and size as needed.

Your one item will have two tracking numbers. Let the buyer know which tracking number to watch. The voided one can't be removed.
