Combined shipping
I recently sold 4 Medium flat rate boxes that weigh around 20 lbs each to one buyer. All boxes are completely full. My description say no combined shipping on these 4 boxes.
Now I have all 4 boxes needing combined shipping. Only 1 label and all 4 to be shipped together. Impossible to do so because of size and weight would be 80 pounds plus. Buyer didn’t pay enough shipping for all 4 boxes. Only enough to cover 1 box. How do I fix this and get the shipping cost for the others. It’s almost $55 in shipping not paid. Do I refund whole purchase? There’s no profit if I have to pay that shipping charge. How can those boxes be included in combined shipping as it’s a fixed rate up to 70lbs each? Boxes are completely full as is. Please help
