Combined shipping
My customers are unable to request an invoice (I do not have immediate payment set up). They tell me when they put my items in their queue they have to pay separate shipping. I have been refunding the difference, but I am afraid I am losing customers who just walk away when they see the shipping charge. I have contacted eBay about this issue a few times, but have gotten no help. I am very disappointed with them as I am a pretty high volume seller.
I am now looking for answers among my peers. Please advise if you have had the same issue, or if you might have a solution.

Mentor2 years agoebay is currently requiring a payment method when an Offer is made, and now when a bid is placed, in order to decrease the number of unpaid transactions. If the Offer is accepted, or the bid ends up the winner, then the auto payment is processed. Until the item is paid for, someone else may purchase the item.
