Mentor2 years ago@chappywoman Not all sellers offer combined shipping. Sellers that DO offer combined shipping have to turn off the option to require buyers to provide a payment option BEFORE they make a bid or offer. They also have to turn on Allow Combined Shipping in their account settings for buyers to be able to request an invoice from their cart on a computer. You can't request an invoice from the app.
So basically you need to ask the seller IF they allow combined shipping and IF they have their account set up for it.
