Combined SH\hipping Issue
I contacted a seller to inquire about combined shipping. They responded that they did, and I confirmed that eBay does allow sellers to combine shipping for orders from one purchaser.
A few days later, I ordered ten items individually due to special offers, and I messaged the seller to inform them that I had placed the order and to please combine shipping. I did not receive a reply, and a few days later, I saw that they were creating individual shipping labels for each order. I once again tried to contact them through messaging and even attempted to cancel the orders so that I could place them together under one order. Still no reply. The shipping cost for each item is $4.50, which means I paid $45.00 for everything. These items are minuscule in size; they are 1/12 scale rifles for action figures, and I paid only $1.70 but had to pay $4.50 in shipping.
Did I make a mistake ordering individually? Do I have any rights as a seller to return them and ask for full refunds?

·1 year agoIf you already paid you are SOL. If you haven't paid then go to the shopping cart and request a total.
By the way you should not bid until you get a firm quote from the seller to find out how much the combined cost will be.
