Combined postage fee over charge ? and ebay 'penalty'

Ebay have “punished” me without investigating my replies.

I disagree with their decision. On 5th April 2026 two of the orders should have been be charged as combined postage - less than the separate price £2.96 + £5.64 . However Ebay charged over and above this - an additional £5.64 +£5. 64 WHY?

From 5th April the seller REFUSED to discuss the postage fee and cancelled the transaction without my involvement. Why have I been punished, if I am not a party involved in the decision making process?

I would like to be reinstated as soon as possible.

Currently, I can not provide original summary invoice at checkout as it was deleted. I have got only my message to the seller.

I believe that ’There was an eBay system issue or bug’.
