Combined items into one shipment
A customer bought two orders. I shipped both in one box. Ebay shows one item still awaiting shipping. How do I clear that item? AI Bot worthless!

A) You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.
- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
- From More actions, select Add tracking number.
- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.
- Select Submit.

B) If eBay won't allow you to put that same tracking number on the 2nd order, then

For the future:
- If the buyer pays for more than 1 item separately, you can combine the orders before selecting a label using the "bulk shipping" tool on the browser.
Put a checkmark to the left of your items on this page

Select "Shipping" above
On the next screen it will ask if you want to 'combine' the orders. Check that box.
Enter the weight and dimensions for the package and print your label.
