Combined international shipping error
I am in the U.S. and I sold a couple of items to a buyer in Australia. These were two separate listings, but it seems as if eBay combined them into one order, presumably to save shipping cost. However, the dimensions of the box required to ship both in the same box was way off….meaning my cost to ship is much, much more than what eBay is trying to pay me. No clue what to do at this point. The AI chat help is completely useless.
