Combined / Calculated Shipping Nightmare!!

How to delete calculated or combined shipping on my items. I already tried and clicked on delete in the business policies section but it still said i needed to do each item separately. I don't trust ebay now after this issue. I've had 8 packages returned since i used this in 2 days. I am furious. I have reached out to all my customers that had their items returned and let them know what is happening and offered them a free item of their choice.
Please help as i have only been selling on Ebay since 4/17/2026 and this has been 1 of the worst experiences of selling anything I've ever had and I'm a quality manager over 4 plants across the USA. So this is not taken lightly by me but what can i do but sit back and take it.

Mentor2 weeks agoFor the items you are selling, specifying Ground Advantage should work for using calculated shipping with a discount for combined shipping. I have one business policy. It is using calculated shipping, giving the buyer my discount but adding a $1 handling fee. I have a rule in my communication preferences to ADD THE WEIGHTS in order to give the buyer a discount for combined shipping.

Mentor2 weeks agoWhat you are selling does not qualify for the eBay Standard Envelope. The requirements are very strict as to the items that can be shipped using this method. I am very surprised that you can even choose this method of shipping as it is supposed to be category specific.
