OP2 years agoIi have been asking him for 2 days he gave me two refunds and I have paid for 5 or 6 more orders all with shipping charges after asking him to combine

Mentor2 years ago@lo10338 You can contact customer service if you wish. However as I said sellers are NOT required to offer combined shipping even if they did already on some items.
It is bad customer service on the sellers part not to combine orders when they already have combined some for you.

Ebay cannot force the seller to give you a discount for combined shipping.
The time to inquire about the seller's combined shipping policy is before purchasing.
