Combine shipping on international order
When I try to send an invoice to a buyer who bought 5 items, it says invoices can't be sent to international buyers, and eBay usually will combine items bought by 1 person, but it isn't doing this. HOW DO I COMBINE THESE SO THAT THE BUYER DOESN'T HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING, AND I CAN COMBINE THE SHIPPING?????
