Combine shipping issue
So I had a customer buy 4 items & of course asked to combine shipping save on postage no problem. Make the calculated adjustments printed 1 label to ship all 4 items in 1 box. Yet on my seller hub it show all 4 as individual sold listing and my customer paid individual postage for each? Is this a seller issue or something that can be resolved via ebay? Just can seem to find direct help. Thank you ahead of time ðŸ™

Mentor2 years agoWhen you went to print the label for one of the items, ebay should have alerted you that there are multiple purchases by the same buyer, would you like to combine? Select yes, change the shipping method as needed, the weight of the package, the dimensions of the package, and ebay will print one label for all 4 purchases. You can then use the Refund order option to refund the buyer the excess postage paid. You can VOID the previous label you printed. USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
