Combine shipping costs to save buyer money after they have paid for multiple items
Buyer bought 6 separate items, how can I combine shipping costs to save them some money?

Mentor8 months agoGo to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment
Place a check mark in the box in front of the 6 transactions, click on SHIPPING at the top, click on Get shipping label. Not sure if you will be asked if you wish to combine shipping or not. You should now be able to enter the weight of the packaged items, enter the dimensions of the package, and print the label. Later, you can click the 3 dots when you go to Paid & Shipped, and send the buyer a partial refund for the combined shipping.
