combine shipping after buyer has paid
buyer has paid for 3 items and would like me to combine shipping. what is the best way to do it?

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Click the box in front of the 3 orders. Click SHIPPING at the top, click Print shipping labels (sorry...doing this from memory as I don't have anything to ship). Enter the shipping method/weight/dimensions. Print the label. After printing the label, you can click Send refund and refund any shipping overage paid by the buyer.
