How does the buyer do combine shipping buying more then one item. How can you refund if he payed for both items

How does the buyer do combine shipping buying more then one item. How can you refund if he payed for both items

Mentor5 months agoBuyers cannot do combined shipping on their own. Sellers need to set their listings up with combined shipping or they need to let buyers know to place the items in their cart and then ask for a combined shipping invoice.
If the buyer has already paid for the items you need to find one of the items on your sold list and click on the refund option in the drop down menu. This will combine the items and allow you to make the appropriate refund.
