Combine shipping

Question

I combine shipping, ,lots of my buyers purchase my items , then I refund there shipping cost. But I just found out eBay charging me a fee for giving combine shipping. Why is this , this is honestly known as customer service, and my honest opinion I shouldnâ€™t have to pay a fee for giving my customers a simple shipping discount. Without these customers there would be no eBay

@ernieels2009 eBay refunds the final value on the portion you refund the buyer. However they do NOT refund the transaction fee that is charged for each sold item. The transaction fee is .30 cents for sales that total $10 or less and .40 cents for sales over that amount.

If you have items that buyers often buy more than one of you might want to consider setting up combined shipping rules to apply to your listings. You can do a flat rate OR calculated rule.

I agree that the per order fee is not a good thing when eBay is forcing buyers to pay for each item separately.
