Combine Orders
I just had a buyer purchase a card from a listing, and per usual I quickly filled and purchased the shipping label. A few minutes later the same buyer purchased 4 more different cards from the same listing, but paid for each one including the shipping. I have a special ongoing they did not get to take advantage of not to mention the shipping discount. How would you proceed? TIA.

I would combine the orders and ship in one package and issue a partial refund on the shipping.
You can't cancel an eBay Standard Envelope label so if the first order was that one, I would likely ship that one separately.
- If the buyer pays for more than 1 item separately, you can combine the orders before selecting a label using the "bulk shipping" tool on the browser.
Put a check mark to the left of your items on this page
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT
Select "Shipping" above
On the next screen it will ask if you want to 'combine' the orders. Check that box.
Enter the weight and dimensions for the package and print your label.
