combine items for shipping
Buyer messaged me after paying for one item. Want a discount and combine shipping to save on a second item. How to proceed?

Mentor1 year agoSince I see you have best offer on your items, have buyer make an offer that accounts for the discount (remember offers don't apply to shipping, which still will be charged as listed). Let them pay, then combine into one shipment the in shipping center by selecting both items to ship together.
For the future you may want to enable Combined Payments in your Shipping Preferences to buyers to put items in their shopping carts and ask for an discounted invoice.
