Colorado Retail Delivery Fee being charged incorrectly on some items
I know it’s only $.28 but it’s annoying that it’s being charged on digital media items that get delivered through email. It’s only supposed to be on orders that have at least one item being delivered by motor vehicle to a physical address in the state of Colorado. Not an EMAIL address. Seems eBay doesn’t care that people are being charged unnecessary fees.
