Mentor6 days ago@lessuthe54 This usually means that someone stole your identity and used it to sell on eBay. OR it could be a phishing scam email.
Contact the Trust and Safety department and tell them that you are not a seller, that someone stole your information and opened a selling account.
This is the dedicated number for Hacked Accounts: 1-866-961-9253
( customer service agents at this number can only help with account security issues)
Change all passwords on eBay and your email account.
I would treat this like identity theft and report it>

Also freeze your credit bureau accounts so that someone can't take out a loan or open a credit card account in your name.
Run a deep virus scan on your computer to check for spyware.
I have seen other reports of this happening.
In all cases so far the email address was NOT associated at all with eBay until the hacker used it to open a new seller account. This means that eBay had no record of the hacked email until it was used by the scammer so the hack occurred somewhere else.
