Collecting Payment
I have sold an item and I am not able to collect the money because I am under 18. It never said that before I listed it for Sale. It will not let me attach my Visa Debit card either. It also said that I would be able to attach a debit card and it won’t

The user agreement that you agreed to when you joined states that an Ebay member is required to be at least 18 years old.

Sellers need a checking account in order to sell on Ebay.
