Coldwater Creek jacket
Hello to the Ebay public forum. I recently purchased a Coldwater Creek jacket from a seller. I have made many purchases through Ebay over the course of many years. I'm usually very careful, trying to buy from sellers who have a favorable rating of 95 or higher but, when I saw the listing for a jacket I had previously seen on the Coldwater Creek website that was both in my size and a lower price than if I bought directly from the store - and the shipping was free via Fedex, I quickly finished the purchase process to get it. Then I saw on facebook that there are fraudulent Coldwater Creek advertisements on facebook and that people should beware. After seeing that, I then looked back at my particular Ebay seller and saw that he/she is listed as being a seller since I believe 2020, but she currently only has 2 items for sale. In reading comments from her previous "buyers," I found several of them were strangely similar as if written by the same person - positive, but lacking any specific details about their experiences. However, there was 1 buyer that left a very negative comment about their experience. After reading the comment on 1/4/26, I sent my Ebay seller a message the same day asking her to verify she indeed has the item I purchased in the size I ordered and that it would be shipped soon. As of tonight, I have not heard back. Has anyone in this forum dealt with this particular seller and, if so, what were your experiences? Thank you, Mary D
