Coin lost in UK SHIPMENT. Priority international shipping from US
I sent a coin to UK from US by international shipping usps. It got to London England and tracking shows it. From London it was sent to next place not specified and tracking stopped. Now seems to be lost. Buyer wants refund. What do I do?

Mentor2 years ago@vetwiz. If you direct shipped to the buyer then you refund the buyer out of your pocket. Refund before eBay steps in or you get a DEFECT and do not get your sellers fees back.
Next you file an insurance claim with USPS. I am not sure of the postal insurance rules on coverage for coins, see the USPS site for details.
If you used eBay international shipping program then ebay refunds the buyer out of their pocket and you keep the sale.
