My bank has informed that if the payment was made twice to your business for the same item or the same purchase, I request that you refund a payment since you were paid twice and it is charged to my credit card.

Mentor2 years agoUsually one amount will still be pending, and will fall off by itself. If both are permanent charges, call your card issuer and ask them to enter a dispute for a duplicate charge.
