Clothing item damaged by post office or buyer
Here is the message and pictures of a damaged item received by the buyer today. This item was new with tags and in perfect condition. Now the buyer is asking what I can do....I sent USPS and first class. I am afraid to call ebay because they always side with the buyer and not the small seller (who is out the cost of the item and postage!) Either it was damaged in shipping, the person tried it on and ripped the seams, or the person tore it while opening the package.
