Closing your account because you cannot get help with account from ebay
HELP!!! I am a seller on eBay. I have over 500 listings. My shipping policy has always been set for eBay to calculate the postage based on weight, size and distance. A week or so ago, over night all my shipping costs on my listings were changed to “freightâ€, without my touching anything. My shipping policy still showed correctly, but on the listings, it had freight. I have tried numerous times to talk to someone at eBay, with almost no success. I finally talked to one girl who said she would refer it up the line and I should get a call back from someone higher up but of course, I never did. I’m going to be forced to close my account unless someone can give me a good idea to try. Please help me if you can. Thanks
