Closing my account because I moved countries
Long story - moved and eBay won't let me change countries so I need to close my account, which I've been trying to do for months. They keep sending me a note that there are restrictions and I need to contact them. There are no restrictions. I don't want to incur international calls on my cell. My non-American cell is not accepting their calls and I don't want to pay fees to use my American cell. No way to end this nightmare??? I can't seem to get a live agent on live chat - just the bot!
