closing my account
I am attempting to close my Bay account and have contacted Ebay twice now about this issue. Last communication was that I need to contact them for further information. I don't know what further information is needed as far as I know I have no selling balance or payouts due and I want my account closed!

Since you've had some recent transactions, they won't close the account for a few months.
