Closing an auction early with excuse that item is lost or broken.
Is it legal for a seller to continuously stop an auction right before its end time with the excuse that the item is lost or broken and then relist the same item again over and over and repeat the process if the bidding is not going as they desire? I have bidded on and been the top bidder on the same item with the same 2 sellers(I believe they are one and the same) from chino California just to have the process repeat over and over. If it is illegal, how do I report it because Ebay doesnt seem to allow a buyer to report this type of thing.
