Closing an account
Has anyone else run into not being able to close your account, and so they just keep charging you? Has complaints been filed, because there us no customer service phone number or any way to directly close your account

Mentor2 years ago@Anonymous First thing you need to is end the listing if you don't want to use the listing you paid for.
eBay motor vehicle listing fees are due at the time of listing and non refundable even if the vehicle doesn't sell.
Do you have a back up payment method for selling costs? Enter one here> here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
AND Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Then after the listing is ended and the balance due on the account is zero you can close the account.

Click the link, then click the photo of your item, and follow the steps.
Once you have ended all listings, there should be no more charges.

OP2 years agoThat’s all fine and dandy but there is nothing so simple in their “loop†instructions that says “end listingâ€!!!
