Mentor6 months ago@actorscafe I see from your feedback that eBay had force refunds from your account. I understand from the feedback that at least one of the forced refunds occurred when you were sick with COVID.
Unfortunately when you do not willingly handle refunds and eBay has to force a refund you receive a DEFECT.
Defects are one of the reasons that eBay will ban a seller from selling on the site.
You can talk to customer service but all they will say is "you were a risk the community". They do not get into specifics.
Since the account is restricted you can't close it.
