Closing a seller account
I would like to close my seller account for personal reasons, but I don't want to close my buyer account. How can I do it?

OP3 years agoThanks! I've begun to remove them all! I was just hoping there was a way to avoid taking them off one by one! LOL

Mentor3 years agoYou have 46 active listings. You can END them all in one fell swoop. Go to Seller Hub > Listings > Active
Click the box at the top and that will automatically add a check mark in front of each listing. Click ACTIONS at the top, click End listings.

OP3 years agoI can't seem to find the box at the top. I've looked at both the browser version and the app, but I guess I'm just not looking in the right place.

Mentor3 years agoOr you can click each box in front of the 40 plus listings.

·3 years agoOther then removing all your listings, you don't have to do anything to stop selling.

There's nothing you need to do to close your seller account except to stop selling. [Your account will remain as a 'selling account' ... but it will have no consequences.]
You can remove your checking account from eBay once you are are several months away from your last sale.
