Closing a request to a seller that never sent an item
I recently purchased tickets via eBay. I sent a message to the seller after several days went by and the shipping information never came. Several more days went by and I requested an update through the UI choice for "have not received my item". After another few days the seller messaged me saying the tickets were sold off eBay and the seller requested I close my request so they can issue refunds.
Should I close the request or is this an attempt to keep my money?
