Closed revision request
The buyer and I have come to an agreement and he would like to revise his negative feedback since I refunded him in full and sincerely apologized. Initially, he did not want to change the feedback until I addressed the issue which now has been resolved. How do I send him another revision request??

Mentor2 years ago@babcock_collectibles You can only send one revision request, that's why you have to make sure the buyer is happy BEFORE you send it.
You can ask the buyer to leave a follow up message under their feedback saying that you made things right and refunded them.
