Has anyone had Ebay's help to return an item after the return window has closed? I tried to appeal but was told it was final and I couldn't!

No, if you let the 30 day window close, you're out of luck at eBay. But if you used PayPal, they give you six months to open a dispute for cause. I don't know that PayPal would honor a request made because you changed your mind.

Mentor3 years agoThe 30 day time frame on the money back guarantee is firm.
If you received an item that is not as described, or have not received your item, you can ask your credit card issuer to open a dispute.
