Closed Return Request
As a seller, I have a no return policy. I sold an item and there was nothing wrong with the item so, when the requested a return I denied it and it was closed. After talking to the buyer I am willing to take the item back and refund their money but, I can't figure out how and I get no help from ebay. Will someone please tell me how I can reopen this request or start one of my own..

Once a Return Request has been closed/denied, it cannot be reopened. As the seller, you cannot open a Return Request.
If the buyer used Paypal to process their payment, they can file a return through Paypal.
