How can I contact ebay?
Either an email or phone number.
I bought the item 4 months ago but it got broken with usage. I have used these kind of item for over 20 years and they last me a year.
So I think the quality must have been defective.
I contacted the seller who said they can offer me £25 off if i buy it again. It cost me £180. I am not going to buy it again for it to snap again.

Mentor2 years agoeBay can only help for 30 days after receipt. I don't know the credit card rules in the UK - you might want to ask the UK community (you asked the US community).
